It’s also probably a win for college students, since a lot of campuses have widespread wifi.

Does anyone know if these limits are set by AT&T or Apple? Like the 10mb limit in the App Store/iTunes.

If I’m somewhere with wifi, and time to watch full episodes of Anime, I (probably) have a computer near by :)
